From initial consultation to final construction, how does it work?

We start by having a conversation with you. We share in your vision and use it to set the direction of the next steps in the process.
We assess your site. Already at this stage we begin to plan how to make your dream a reality.
We start the design and development phase. Here we will discuss your wants and needs with our designer.
The admin of your development is tackled in this next step. Your permits to build as well as any necessary applications are handled.
Construction begins. Your home comes to life as we build the exterior and interior of your new house.
In this next stage, we do a walkthrough and inspections. It is here that we assess where we could make improvements and take any final feedback.
Finally, your keys are handed to you and living begins.

Design process and customisation options

At the top of our priorities is you and your needs and preferences. From choosing your basic design through to customisation, we put you first. Our design process is as follows:

We start with an initial consultation: This is where you share your vision and concept with us. You choose your basic design and then tell us how you would like to customise it.
Then comes the actual customisation: This means choosing your floor plan and the configuration of your soon-to-be home and propose any additional features you have in mind. This includes interior finishes like floors, cabinets and light fixtures, and exterior finishes like external materials and features as well as landscaping potential.
We discuss any additional features: At this point we discuss any energy-efficiency enhancements you have in mind and share our expert suggestions. We also discuss any other luxury additions you might be thinking of.
We finalise your design: Here we start the next phase of bringing your vision to life.
